Return Policy

Return for exchange or store credit is allowed for the first 14 business days after an order is delivered. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense except as explained below for manufacturer defects or order errors. At the customer’s choice, either store credit or exchange item(s) selected by the customer will be shipped after the original items have been received by us in unused condition. The store reserves the right to charge a nomial $5/pair for restocking. When returning shoes please pack them in the original box and wrap them so as not to cause any damage to the box itself. For quicker service, please include the invoice # and customer contact information inside the return box.

Manufacturer defects or orders shipped with the wrong shoes are our responsibility. Any return shipping charges will be reimbursed to you up to the amount of the original shipping charges on the order so please choose your method of return shipping accordingly.

Undeliverable orders will incur a charge to the customer equal to the cost of shipping, and return shipping if applicable, if the orders have been returned to us due to delivery failure, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal by the customer.  Store credit will be issued after the shipping costs, if any, are deducted from the order total.  For packages refused by customers, there may be additional shipping cost charged by carrier.
